Automobile Marketing Department (AMD) is an important department of CAII. Currently, there are 5 majors in AMD, including Automotive Technological Service and Marketing, Logistics Management, Insurance Business (IB)-Auto Insurance, Used Car Appraisal and Assessment, Vehicle evaluation. The Logistics Management major is the one of the key constructional major in first national demonstrative project. Automotive Technological Service and Marketing is provincial demonstrative major.
AMD pays attention on instructorsí» quality improvement and teaching group construction. It has set up a teaching group which is honored provincial excellent teaching group. This teaching group features rational age structure, abundant teaching experience, high comprehensive quality, and required teachers and engineers. AMD has 1 national excellent lesson, 1 provincial excellent lesson, 2 provincial good lessons, and 2 municipal excellent lessons.
AMD attaches great importance to the quality of talent cultivation. In order to improve the students occupation competence and enhance the employment rate and employment quality, it adheres school and enterprises co-cultivation training method. AMD joints Audi, FAW-volkswagen, FAW-Toyota, Changchun FAW International logistics Co., Ltd, Ping An of China, Mintaian Group, Cninsure inc., Tongli Auto Service and etc.,to develop co-cultivation programs. Through these programs, the students will get better stage for professional development. In addition, AMD has set up many practical bases, such as Automotive engine disassembly, disassembly car chassis, electronically controlled engine, automatic transmission car dismantling, electrical infrastructure, logistics and information logistics equipment, logistics simulation.
